Im seeing these on my statement, and at a glance, can't associate them with any purchases I've made.
    P1511LU is €14.12
    P2711ES is €33.57
anybody any ideas what this could be?
    Thanks

    Hi Epicmoe,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today, we hope you're keeping well.

These transactions on your account appear to be foreign payments made with your Visa debit card. They would have been made on 15th and 27th of November respectively.

The first transaction has the currency marked as LU but charged in Euro. Sometimes companies based abroad can process payments this way so it might be a good idea to check emails for online receipts. The second payment indicates ES which could be a payment made in Spain or a company based there.

To check on the retailer names you can certainly link in with our customer service team. You can log into 365 Online (through the web browser on your phone/PC) and on the left hand side it says Service Desk. There's a drop down menu here with a facility to "Ask a Question" and our advisors will check on this for you.

    Many thanks,
    Kat
