Anyone seen it anywhere in Ireland? "Golf course bans the use of plastic tees and will not sell them in its pro shop in 2020"

I remember reading in a magazine previously that a golf club used tee's that were a mix of soap and fertilizer. The soap was just of enough strength that it could be inserted into the ground and then left behind so that the fertilizer would benefit the ground.
