Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    You know that you can take screenshot of the QR code and redeem whenever in any station. I have done that for items over a week old and still works.

    Yes because even Staff don't know that, I have been told in past that screenshots won't work, this is another location etc etc, but works every single time.
