Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

You should receive a new card automatically at least 2 weeks before your current card is due to expire. If you have moved recently it might be a good idea to update your address via 365 Online so your card is sent successfully. If your address is up to date then you don't need to take any action, the card will be with you soon.
