    Hey FlashF1.

I will get the replacement shipped today and you can let me know what day suits once you have repackaged the other for collection.

I would also edit the above post and remove you address. You never know who is lurking on the web collecting data.
Thanks a million Kenny, I will get that packed up over the weekend and message you here on Monday if that's OK?

Many thanks again, excellent customer service I must say
    Hey FlashF1.

    Monday is no problem.

Just let me know its ready and I'll arrange the collection of it.
Hi Kenny, new receiver received and working a treat,so happy with it, thanks again. So I've the faulty one packed up and ready to go. Ideally a pick up would be DPD, from one of their pickup points, (MACE convenience store). (3 All Saints Park, Raheny, Dublin 5). I can have it dropped down this evening for a collection tomorrow onwards if that would suit?
    Hi Flashf1,

    That's all arranged for you!

    Kind regards

    David
Ok, so will i just get an email with label or something?

But it's a DPD pick up point, I won't be there, I'm not sure they shop/pick up point will take the box from me without any paperwork...?

I'd mentioned that in my above message this morning. David I'd be doubtful they (the pick up point) will take the item from me without a label to scan. Will you find out from DPD what the process is?

    Hi FlashF1.

If you just put our name and address on a page and tape it to the top of the box and we will arrange for DPD to collect it from the collection point.
Just let them know that DPD will be collecting it from them.

There are no labels from DPD to print and attach.

Any issues please let me know.

Ok Kenny so the MACE store (DPD pickup/collection point) have just confirmed that they WILL NOT under any circumstances accept any package unless they can scan it. So I cannot drop this in to them until I have a label. To be honest this makes perfect sense. I'm anxious to get this back to you, and I appreciate the prompt replacement but my hands are tied here!

    Hi FlashF1.

    Hmmm....

I have arranged hundreds of collections with DPD and never been sent a label as the driver will always have all the details required when we arrange the collection with via DPD.

I'm not sure how we get around this as as I say this is the first time ever this has been asked for something like this in my 15 years.

Is there anyway we can collect it from your home address or work address?

Yeah i think it's it's generally at someones house, and they be there...? But a pick up point is obviously different. My problem with my house is am not there business hours. My work address in not an option as train and walk to work (heavy bulky item). I would be home all day Saturday - would a pick up then be an option?

    Bit of a nightmare....

DPD have just informed me that they can not collect from the pickup point. (Didn't know this until today unfortunately.)

I don't think they do weekend collections but I'll ask them and revert back.

    Sorry I was off yesterday.

DPD do not offer a weekend collection service unfortunately.

If your home address and work address do not suit for collection perhaps you could return it to us yourself and we can then reimburse you for the return cost?
