Recommend a 4TB 2.5" external USB 3.0 drive

Hi all.

I want to get a new 4TB 2.5" USB 3.0 external drive for backing up photos, movies, music etc.
It is to replace a 2TB Toshiba unit.

These 3 drives are all roughly the same price on Amazon.
Is there anything to choose between them?
Are they all roughly the same grade of consumer drive?

Looks like the Amazon special has a limited warranty.

In any case, all 3 have jumped up in price now.

Was getting back into downloading as opposed to streaming and this has been brilliant for me all year

Speed is determined by more than just platter size though.
