How come every single thing I order, that ends up being delivered by nightline goes wrong.

Part of my street address is a similar to an area in Dublin.
The county is clearly marked and even the eircode is included.

I ordered 2 separate orders 3 weeks ago with boots. One eventually turned up, nightline actually relabelled it with the wrong address. Cue continos chasing with them and a formal complaint to get it here.

They eventually located the 2nd one in Kerry, finally got a text today to say being delivered but glyet it's on a van to be delivered to the wrong address in Dublin

    Is this usual for them?

It's getting to the point I'm going to have to avoid anything that uses them for delivery

My last 2 orders that they delivered, one went to a random house in the estate, they just left it on the porch, didn't even get anyone to sign for it. Wasn't the same number house or in the same area. Other end of the estate. Luckily the person living there brought it down.

The other they left at a butchers about 3 km away from my house - aftershave this was. Eventually they picked it up.

I give the full address and eircode and these chancers are the only ones who consistently mess it up.

    Seriously they are idiots.

It eventually turned up with a guy in a car. They had been given the full address including eircode but had disregarded that and rerouted it

    Completely incompetent
