Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I’d rather he had a holiday, he deserves one

Keita done well since he came on, linking up and got a shot off, scrambled safely by Flappy

Their side has been shocking. Pool have been good, but haven't broken a sweat, have scored 2 and left 3 or 4 behind them.

Allison is unreal. Will go down as our best keeper in history I’m sure

Jesus lads I dare to say we're starting to hit a bit of form :)

This is some of the best football I've seen this season.
We're doing our stuff, but it's a David Moyes team.
Before the game he'd won 3 of 30 games against Liverpool in the PL, now it'll be 3 of 31.

In the modern era at least. Next to impossible to judge against lads like Ray Clemence.

My bad...away. Getting ahead of myself

City lads are probably wrapped up in their game, someone should let them know we won again

I know it’s impossible to compare eras, but the modern game is so fast , balls swerve & dip more than the past and players technically better makes shot saving even all the more impressive.

Alisson wears black so did Lev Yashin that’s enough for me ;)

Henderson bossing it at right back what a man

I get what you're saying but some of the quick passing was outstanding regardless of the opposition.

    That will more than do!

70 Points after 24 games mental stuff altogether.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,945 ✭✭✭dogbert27

23 wins out of 24 games!

    41 games undefeated!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 40,061 ✭✭✭✭Harry Palmr

As routine a 2-0 win as you could hope to see.

A few concerns but that'll do for now :)

I've been a persistent critic of Henderson in recent years but whatever has changed within him (and Klopp coaching) has done wonders. He now points less but in the right directions!

Not knocking the lads at all; fully professional performance and some top quality moments as well.
But Moyes is such an awful re-appointment for them to make. He could very well take them down.

Great to see Jones come on.

    19 points ahead.

You hear it but it never registers because it sounds so ridiculous. Its January, for God sake.

Then you see the table, and all you can do is laugh.

19 points ahead. What even is this? :pac:

Klopp gives his first fist pump of the season.

I think we all know what that means.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,391 ✭✭✭GiftofGab

    Phenomenal!

Can even see this team getting over 105 points this season and going unbeaten.

Getting close to it now. Still work to do. Full backs looked tired tonight.

If I saw this in a video game, I'd complain that it's completely unrealistic.

Yeah can't see it myself but at least we have our target. Defo want to see us 22 clear on Saturday evening. City might start playing the kids so we win it early then start playing our own kids and don't beat their points record:D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,945 ✭✭✭dogbert27

    40 points ahead of Arsenal
36 points ahead of United and Spurs
    30 points ahead of Chelsea

    In January 2020.

Imagine if someone told you that in 2010 when we had Hodgson.

Robbo in particular has looked off it for a few games. He defo needs the winter break.
