I had an appointment for a quotation scheduled for last Thursday. The technician never showed up between the scheduled hours. I called the customer service line on the day and was told that the technician was delayed and they would be out to me on the day.

Again the technician never showed up. I contacted customer service again on the Friday morning and they emailed the technician. I have contacted customer service on multiple occassions since and whenever I do they tell me that they have sent an email to the technician but I nevervreceive any response. The last time I contacted customer service I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were not available and that an email was sent to them and again I have received no response.

Any ideas on how I can get this escalated as talking to the customer service team is of no use.
