We upgraded our phones in may 2018 and were told it would recontract our land-line and broadband also for 18 months, now those 18 months have passed and they're telling us our phones are a 24 month contract despite the email we received clearly stating 18 month contract for mobiles, land-line and broadband. An upgrade is badly needed, any way around getting this sorted?

Ring them up and ask them for the actual contract that you agreed to would be my advice and then take it from there. Have a $h1t load of patience as you'll probably need it.

Ring and ask to speak to a manager and explain what you have in writing. If that falls, go to Comreg.
