    Hi all,

    A few years ago I purchased a Saumsung UE46F8000.

Recently the RTE player app loads up a screen stating the app must be updated.

I look in the Samsung app store and it says I have the latest version.

Other apps on the TV are working fine e.g. Netflix, youtube etc...

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Quazzy.

Sorry to hear to hear you are having an issue with the RTE App.

You could try uninstalling it and reinstalling it to see if that changes anything.

Also sometimes a manufacturer will stop support of certain apps on certain products causing them to stop working.
You could try giving Samsung a call to see if the F8000 is still supporting the RTE App as this would be down to them.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

    Thanks for the reply.
I've reached out to Samsung and I'll see what they say

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
