Amp surround sound onkyo

Hi please help any sound guru... I recently connect a onkyo to tv and connected sky into back HDMI port and connect that to HDMI arc in side all good but when I play anything on Netflix YouTube or anything on smart tv nothing comes thro speakers anyone help ... I have googled YouTubed and checked manuals to no avail Thanks…
