    Hi,

    I had been hoping to buy this TV for my parents as an Xmas present but just didn't manage to get the funds together in time to buy it in Black Friday sale when it was priced at €799.  So I'm just wondering when are your sales starting over the Xmas/New Years period so that I can keep an eye out on price and also can you confirm if the new RTE app is available and working on this model.  I have two older Samsung Smart TV's myself and the new RTE player isn't available in the Samsung app store for my older tvs.

    We have our Boxing Day sale coming up. Unfortunately I won;t know what will be in it in advance but if you check our website it will give you a list of all deals on the day. I would need to check for you on the RTE app.

    Hi Adelcrowsmel.

    We have been on to Samsung who told us they would need to confirm this but we have not heard anything back from them as of yet.

    We don't have one of the 55Q60R on display unfortunately.

    I have checked our display 75Q70 and the RTE app is not even listed. This must because apps are region locked and wouldn't show up as we are NI based.

    I'll try get an answer from Samsung again today if possible.
