Reduced Diet on Night Shift

So I have started a new job roughly 3 weeks ago.

Job going very well, gotten the hang of my duties fair fast. My sleep is good, much better than during my previous employment(averaging 8.25 hours sleep)

But I have found my appetite is reduced quite a bit, now short term not so bad has I've definitely 10kg to shift.

But long term, there is the worry of missing out on my micronutrients.

Everything I have read about working night shift is about increased appetite and weight gain, so I'm a little confused.

PS - could a mod replace diet with appetite in the title please

Might take time for your body to adjust. A long time ago I worked nights for a few months and i definitely ate less during my 'day'. I just never felt like a dinner at any point. You just need you look at what you're saying at the times you do eat at and try make sure to get some good nutritious food in
