    My OH is fast asleep. He is unaffected by the anxiety I feel. He'll say "I'm going to sleep" and within seconds be snoring. It's incredible. Incredibly annoying.

    Morning all, damp one here.
    I had a strange feeling of foreboding and anxiety yesterday morning, like I knew something was coming, well I was right.
    Our nephew in London has been tested positive for corona virus and our eldest son is in self isolation with all the symptoms and awaiting a test, they are in regular close contact with each other socially, so likely he has the virus.
    Doing nothing today, just worried and anxious, though we were talking earlier and he just has flu symptoms as such and says it's not too bad, but it's only started since yesterday as such.
    We are just so frustrated as we can't go visit or bring him here, we feel helpless, as we are really.
    It will be hard to concentrate on anything else for a while.
    Heading out for a walk soon, but no gusto in me today
    Mind yourselves and be careful
