Hi there,
I would like to set my son(9yrs old) up to play Fifa online with his cousin. We have been able to connect together and speak to each other though the headphones but cant seem to get a game going. His cousins Dad set up his PS+ account under a different username so im wondering if thats the issue? Seems like we are very close but just cant work out the final step. If there is a FAQ that can help please can you post it or any helpful Youtube vids. Thanks very much

To play online both accounts need PS+. if the cousins was set to a different account they could try using that account to test. If it works that is the issue.
