    Hi All

Just want to highlight how terrible the online banking service is. 6 days for a transaction to be processed. Surly this should be automated and the amount should be subtracted from the account to highlight real funds in the accounts.

trying to understand why I pay service fees for this service when other bank or accounts do it for free.

    Hi Mr Dixon,

Thanks for the post here today on Boards.ie.

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the service. We can advise that when you make a card transaction, this will initially debit your account. The retailer will then usually fully process on their side within a couple of working days. If the retailer takes longer than usual to process, it can cause the payment to fall of the account only to reappear days later. This can affect the balance on the account. There were more non working days over the Christmas period which may have been why there was this delay with this transaction.

To check this further with our colleagues, you can log in to www.365online.com, select "Service Desk" and then "Ask a Question" and one of our colleagues with complete account access will be happy to review your balance and transactions with you.

Thanks again and happy new year.
    Richard

To be fair the funds never get refunded to the account and pending transaction is always fulfilled. So why is there no pending transaction section on the account that clearly displays actual funds including pending transactions.

Accounts like revolut do this instantly for free + transfers

Is there some sort SLA that a customer can work from so we are not being ripped of for a poor service.

    Hi Mr Dixon,

Thanks for getting back to us here on Boards.

Please be assured we would display pending transactions on the Mobile App and desktop version of Banking 365. Transactions would generally be in the pending stage for 3-5 working days until the retailer carries out its payment processing stage.

Once the payment has been fully processed it will be fully debited from your account and appear in the completed payments section of your 365 online.

We do appreciate all of our Customer Feedback and we will certainly pass yours on to the relevant team.

    Thanks, Aisling.
