Why & When did the Seahawks add the luminous colour to their kit?

Odd question I suppose but it’s omnipresent on all their gear and logos.

They had full redesign with Nike about 7 years ago.

Edit: above is true. New jerseys in 2012. Lime green was added though, in 2009.

It happened very quickly. Easy to see why they called it incomplete initially.
NBC rules analyst, NBC commentary and the refs all decided it was a catch. I'm gonna say they know what the rules are and the interpretation.

I’m not trying to start a fight. I’m in a pub and have no audio I’m just watching the video.

2002. It has certainly become more prominent as the years have gone by though.

I've seen old clips on NFL films series from the 80s or 90s where they had green stripes on their jerseys.

Then they had awful lime green jerseys a decade ago, then I think it was when the league moved to Nike that they introduced the current luminous green jerseys.

    environmental hues

Seems like the “Seahawk Green” went full on LOUD in 2012
    https://12thmanrising.com/2013/07/04/the-history-behind-the-seahawks-unique-uniform/

According to Nike, Inc.’s official website, the color of the uniforms are “rooted in Seattle’s own environmental hues.”

What’s the environmental hue like where you are?

    Edit- 2012

Nah, it'll be Nathan Sudfeld. You know how the year is going. :)

Especially if Josh runs like that again.

Was looking at some weird NFL rules earlier and came across this one:

The term run is doing heavy lifting there BS.

The long goodbye. I mean as an eagles fan even I started to feel sorry for him. When you are interviewing coaches while he’s still there was poor form.

I like seeing Metcalf do well after all the sh*t he got from fools on twitter talking about his poor route running and catching ability.

Yeah a long way back from that now. Just been one of them seasons. Injuries caught up eventually.

He's had a really good season. Proven himself to be a great pickup.

Pass rush - not getting close to enough pressure on the QB

O-line is depleted with injuries too

Thought they should have gotten a snap off before the 2min warning, chance of saving a TO on a tough 4th down.

    Collinsworth called that perfectly.
