Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yeah and I also read that the players are going to still lineup for the anthem and then walk past their opponents, but with no handshakes? So what exactly are they going to do? A gentleman’s nod as they walk past?

What about defending corners in the box... no touching? :)

    tokenism at its best.

if there is a threat cancel the games. if not, carry on.

The Dier incident is funny if it was scott mctominay or jordan henderson that did it. This thread would be non stop about it with varying opinions depending on which player did it.

Even when something has nothing to do with Utd and Liverpool some poster has to make it about Liverpool and Utd.

  • He never mentioned Liverpool or Utd

Indirectly maybe. But the point is valid.

Ole nominated for manager of the month. Unbeaten in 9 games and 7 clean sheets in those 9.

Travesty he didn't get it in December after engineering wins over Spurs and City, surely a shoe in for this month

    Hope he gets it.

First manager since fergie left who actually looks like he has a long term plan in place. A few more signings in the summer and im sure we will see a big push next season

You know well that it's premier league manager of the month. United played three league games in that time and that's what it'll be judged on.

Dyche should win it. He played an extra game and was unbeaten in February.

But mad that the only manager to win 3 games in February didn't get nominated....

Fair enough...not really sure why a "utd supporter" would be thanking your post. As a utd fan myself i would always want a utd manager to win it

Fully deserved. No reason why he shouldn't be kept on now for at least another season. Proved the doubters wrong.

You can say he deserves it without grandstanding. You knew the nomination was based on three games but you had to mention 6 others that are irrelevant.

Just make a point without all the fluff.

Who was the manager that won 3 games but didnt get voted?

Klopp won 3 games. Lost the fourth. Liverpool picked up more points in February than any other team I think.

For the record I don't think he should have won this month, I think Arteta or Dyche, but to win more than anyone else you'd think he'd be nominated at least.

of course klopp should have been nominated (and prob won. haven't looked at the individual matches the various teams have played in). the premier league obviously feel he has won enough and to give other managers a chance

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,366 ✭✭✭✭8-10

The teams beat were down around the bottom and the loss was a big one but just shows the incredible standard he's set this season. Lampard is the only other manager to have won the award this season so far.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,022 ✭✭✭✭Iused2likebusts

Dyche should win it great points return from a difficult fixture list and have made themselves save based on their form in Feb.
    Edit
Actually Leicester and Utd was in Jan so fixtures werent as tough as I thought.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Just saw a stat that Petr Cech had a 91% save rate in 2007. What the ****?

Probably the first game in a long while that I'll enjoy waiting pool play.

McManaman with that bias on BT commentary.

This guff getting team legends doing commentary for their former teams shining a crap light there insisting that was a push/foul from Callum Wilson. Was a bit of strength.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,128 ✭✭✭✭Oranage2

    Gomez is rubbish

Yeah, he should wait until after the game and mouth off to the ref and get sent off. That's really classy.

I know its soft, but should definitely be called a free. Even if Gomez was a bit weak.

    Still funny it wasnt though

Not a clear and obvious error, excellent by VAR.

    Although they will still win

Gomez hasn't been stellar for a few month now. Got the run around during the CWC games too

Mane done the exact same thing against Norwich. Gomez to weak and casual.

I thought he said ''Eh lid, what are you doing, you always let us win easy!'' lol

Still end up 4 or 5 to 1.

When your man on bt, Peter Walton guy says it was a mistake you know something is up. First time I have heard him say the ref has made a mistake.

Thats a shove in the back from Wilson. Its a foul.
