Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Clear and obvious dive. Definitely should've been booked.

Definitely have noticed a worrying trend this season with a lack of yellow cards being given for simulation and dives

He is not foreign enough, you know it is the scourge of Johnny foreigner this diving lark. Going down easy is called clever when you do it in the Prem as an England player, chipping the ball and running into someone...

Some of the fitness levels from some Arsenal players are shocking.

Its because it went to VAR and the Ref then becomes numb to the point were he'd have to be instructed to dish out a card.

Working a lot harder than under Emery so I'd guess their conditioning is poor enough. Need to get used to the new work.

Noticed that alright, but also how well Arteta has managed it with the team shape and his subs. Alright it's easier when you're two up, but he's done well controlling the pattern of the game.

United 2 down and they're farting around with the ball. No attempt to move up the field quickly.

David Luiz. Infuriating player. Plays up to the camera when resurgence is needed. Will be the first to throw in the towel or do something stupid when the new manager bounce is done.

Genuinely dont believe Ole is going to be sacked any time soon and by the time he is gone Poch will have moved on to a club with actual ambitions. Joke of a club.

Freds freekick was laughable at the end

Died in the last 15 minutes against Chelsea too.

Only saw the last 25 minutes or so, but United for all their possession against a tired Arsenal, never created a chance.

Great praise for Arteta, but realistically how much coaching could his guys have done over the last week with so many games? Would have only been game/recovery/game really, yes? Is it all down to attitude and phycology?

Arsenal paying the price really for being loyal to Emery, should have bit the bullet and changed managers a few months ago, when Champions League may still have been attainable. This same hesitation is going to cost United too, with Ole still looking out of his depth at the wheel and their side threading midtable mediocrity.

What are your thoughts on the managers performances? Your usually very quick to say how great Ole is when United win.

    Managers performance? Was he playing?!

Midfield not good enough, martial hot and cold

    Did they interview Ole yet?

Careful, you are asking a legitimate question tbf

You might get the goalpost move however

Anyone got the goal post shifting gif?

You know we'll he wasn't playing but you give him all the credit when the team wins so he should equally get the criticism when they lose. He sets the team, he sets the tactics, he picks the players. Ultimately the buck stops with him.

He's comfortably the worst manager in the PL.

Standing shell shocked on the sidelines while a rookie beside him in Arteta cajoling his players and getting a response.
The front 3 gave up making runs as the ball never came quick enough to them as those behind them slowed everything down,so much for playing with pace, all that's on the management.

What's Pogbas game? Is he toast at Utd?

Solsksaer wasn't able to give a proper answer as to when he's back. He might have surgery "as advised by his people"

    Tail wagging the dog.

United sold a pup in Maguire, he just doesn't fill you with any confidence. So slow and ponderous on the ball

Madness. Guy should be ****ed out the door.

However, he's a massive asset so he holds most of the cards.

Not even the clubs medical staff but "his people". Sweet Jesus but that's terrible. We are always told no player is bigger than the club but this is a joke. Horrible mistake bringing him back to United and wasting £90m.

Nail on the head. The fact that Ole can utter those words as a manager should have him out the door too. That’s before you take into account his utter ineptness in charge.

It was bad enough when Rooney started questioning things publicly but at least he had done it for Utd and carried them at times.

Pogba has done little to nothing in his time at Utd. He’s been indulged to the hilt by the club and he’s thrown it back in their face time and time again.

The two of them gone can’t come quick enough. All the talent in the world but has rarely produced and has been a hindrance more often than not.

A virus, one who should be sold to Real Madrid or whoever.

He seems to be a serious disruption. No top manager worth their salt would have him at the club. Solsksaer obviously has **** all clout. Both of them will be gone by the summer.

Pogba might. Unless Utd drop to anywhere near the relegation places Ole will be going nowhere.

I know it’s great crack for you lads(and rightfully so) but surely someone could advise Ole on what to say. Like saying what he said “his people....”

The club is a laughing stock.

I'm guessing it's a matter of just biting the lip and getting as much money as possible for Pogba. Diss him publicly and his value will probably decline. Bizarre situation.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,417 ✭✭✭.G.

Whatever about United fans disagreeing over Ole for whatever reasons, when all your rivals' fans want him there for the next 30 years surely that gives you an idea of how he's viewed. He should never have got near that job and only reason he did is cos he's an ex player, nothing in his coaching career before he got the job or since it points to him having anything close to whats required at that club.

    Still, Ole in!

Midfield isn't performing and he's the best midfielder at the club.

    Selling would be madness.

Nah his value will probably be unaffected. He is basically a walking billboard and a advertisment dream. Madrid or PSG will happily pay to get him and plaster his face everywhere to recoup the costs and label him a marquee signing.

The job is too big for Solskjaer. He's seems out of his depth at times. But other times Utd are pulling out big wins.

He should definitely have a few lines prepped for any Pogba questions. Probably just sick of the answering questions about him.

If he won't play what's the point of keeping your "best" midfielder?
