Lads, it's clear and obvious attempts at winding up cos the children are bored waiting for their own sh1te team to lose again. They might get bored if you stopped responding to it and now that league leaders are two up.

Put them on ignore last year.. is the nice season so far down to that or the football?? Lolz

Lucky undeserved 4-0 win for Liverpool here, poor team, get all the decisions, worst league I can remember.

Getting away with a picked up backpass has ruined it for me. Game is dead.

Cant believe the fact Liverpool cannot lose a match means my Everton pre season bet is likely dead.

Hopefully drop points once they've confirmed the title

    After today's results there's only 3 points between 15th and 19th.

Plenty of motivation for Man Utd in this evening's game knowing that their title challenge is over if they lose.

More motivation, they'll want to keep pace with Liverpool's away points tally

Fernandez starting for United. Looking forward to seeing how he does.

Not sure how United are lining up though with Fred, Fernandez, Perirea, Mata and James. Seems very attacking and potential to be over run.

    Something like

    Fred, Pereia
    Mata, Fernandez, James
    Martial

    Edit: I clearly can't spell.

Nah. You got that well wrong. Fullbacks a case in point.

That couldn't be more wrong if you tried. Fair play. 10/10 for effort.

Really? No Doherty, Rashford. Also question Pogbas inclusion given he hasn't played in yonks.

United fans wouldn't even pick Shaw in their own team.

Is Bruno getting a run out? Be good to get a look at him before the utd coaches break him

Yup. Commentary said he's only had the one training session with United but I expect him to be fairly sharp today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,247 ✭✭✭✭Guy:Incognito

He actually prevented Ings from scoring early in the first half!

Cant believe he still plays in the PL after all these years tbh

Hes a guaranteed 3 -5 goal a season striker. Hard to put a price on that.

Because he's only had one training session with United?

No because he only played Monday night.

Liverpool now have more points this season than Everton have ever had in a Premier League season (their record was 72 under Martinez in 2014)

    It's February 1st

What a season this is. 13 massive games to go.

United only 2 points ahead of Everton who have had a shocking season,

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,881 ✭✭✭Peatys

Wolves disappointed not to walk away with 3 points.

Not the worst result for either team.

    Utd are rotten.

Wolves lacked the cutting edge today. Neither side will finish top 4 especially with the Europa league to come back.

    Fernandez looks brutal

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,056 ✭✭✭darced

I have to say I thougt Fernandez looked really good, considering he was dropped in there. He certainly didn't shrink away from getting involved.

    Fernandez looks brutal

Had some really dodgy moments with his passing but wasn’t the worst out there.

Jimenez for Wolves is a brilliant number 9, holds the ball up so well.

I thought he looked really tidy. Weird how two people can see such different things.

    He wasn't the worst.

Mata, James and Martial were poison.

Credit to Solskjaer, he has a decent record against the bigger sides.

Shocked that Everton even hit 70 in that period tbh

Fernandes did okay. Martial was dismal. Predictable enough performance all round. Hopeless.

Jesus G Nev just said United have the 2nd highest wage bill in Europe that is shocking for the player they actually have

    Fernandez looks brutal

He was the 4th best Portuguese player on the pitch,

If Wolves can avoid Europe next season they could be very competitive for a Champions League spot in 2021/22 :)

James has been pretty poor for months now. Definitely being over played and needs to be given a bit of a break.

Had to laugh when Traore went on his big marauding run . Massive unit got bumped off as he passed it by the bigger unit that is current Luke Shaw.

I don't think that they will. They play a really limited style of football and Nuno doesn't seem to want to change that. It allows them to be competitive against bigger teams but it will ultimately stop them from taking the step up unless they massively change their style.

I would be very careful about lording it over the blue shirts in an area

These things come back to bite eventually

Hodgson had like a 40% win rate in the league with Liverpool. Is Ole worse than that?
