    Hi I use the boi app to top up my phone but still haven't received the credit

    Thanks for reaching out to us here, we hope you're keeping well.

    We're sorry to hear that your mobile top up has not gone through. When you make a top up it's essentially a bank transfer. We send the mobile service provider a money transfer of the top-up amount with the reference as your mobile number. Then, the company will top-up your phone. This means the funds are received quickly and the top-up is applied in minutes.

    If, for any reason, the mobile service provider doesn't apply the credit it is necessary to get in touch with them directly. They should be able to return the funds or apply the credit to your mobile phone. We can provide a "proof of payment" for the top-up if needed.
