Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's going to get interesting later in the year when the 202 registrations come out - I'd like to see how something like 202-D-23456 is going to fit well on a standard plastic plate...

It should fit exactly the same as 192-D-23456

First one I seen in the flesh was a bloody Duster (D in the 2000’s). Didn’t even see the one they got free with it.

First one I saw was a Mayo registered Ford Kuga yesterday. Driving at 50 kmph on a 100 road with a queue of 20 cars behind it.

Is there any point to having counties on plates? A lot of people seem to be selecting D plates, which makes sense on that high end Audi.

While some dealers will allow a few customers to select the county reg, most of these cars may have business/company cars that have registered offices in Dublin and therefore will automatically get a D reg.

How are they letting them select it if its automatic? I thought it was always with the registered address?
