    Anyone make their own?

    Looking for advice on what size Trespade electric meat mincer to get. No. 8 seems to be an OK size but I see some guys go for a No. 22, which I think is overkill. Bigger engine, more horses driving.

    I've always wanted to make sausages but wouldn't be bothered in getting a hand mincer or food processor attachment.
    I can source all kit, rusks, seasonings etc etc in UK. Postage is reasonable.

    So......anyone "electric mince meat"?
