Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Trust me, it doesnt matter a jot.

    I had a summons served to an address I hadn't lived at for 3 years, no idea was it signed for at all by anyone but def not by me. So as I had no knowledge of it, I wasnt at court on the day. A while later I got a call on the mobile from a guard who said that there was now a bench warrant as I didnt show up. Which technically there shouldnt have been as I had never been properly served. Anyway it was for an unpaid fine so I just paid the fine but if I hadnt I would have had to go back to court.

    It's Ireland mate, the guards will cut corners and the judge isn't going to let you go on such a technicality: it was served to your address so forget it.

    Just get it over with it's not that serious, having it hanging over your head is worse than the sentence youll get.
