Seeking Yamaha Soundbar advice

    I have just moved into a top floor apartment and was wondering if there is a great sound difference between the Yamaha YSP 2700 and YAS 207 - the difference being that I don't think I can go to much high a volume level and therefore probably not in dire need for a more expensive unit...

    All I need is a good surround sound effect for movies and a decent music player..
    Multi room, Alexa, etc I have no interest in.

    Hi David.

    There are a good few other difference between the two.

    While yes the YSP2700 has a high wattage output this is not the main difference.
    The speaker configuration on the 2700 is completely different to that of the 207
    The YSP2700 can be incorporated into a Musiccast multiroom and be used along with other Yamaha MusicCast devices using the MusicCast App.
    It also has Apple Airplay built in.

    Given tat you say the mulit room is of no use to you then I think you would be happy enough with the YAS207. It has been 5 star reviewed in What HiFi and is a very popular soundbar.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
