Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Whoever she is, her introduction was typically overdramatic and poorly done. Her interaction with Sean just awful. In any event, chances are she'll get shifts in Rovers and Billy will put her up. Then we'll find our she has a terrrile secret and then ....

    That was a really weird moment where Sharon and Gary were talking about Fred Elliott. I even looked to see if Gary even knew Fred, and no, Gary's family arrived two years after the butcher died with no meaningful connections between the two characters.

    A quick search on Twitter showed others confused but some pointed out that at SOME point, Adam introduced himself to Sharon using Fred Elliott as an alias. Weird effect of the extended lead time between episodes I suppose.

    I cannot understand why the police didn't take Geoff's computer at the time of Yasmeen's arrest.

    Lots of holes in the story , it was attempted murder so you would expect for forensics to least search the room . The camera wasn’t exactly small or well hidden. Surely phones and laptops would in normal circumstances be examined.

    I think because Yasmeen initially admitted killing him, so probably there was no need to look further than that.

    I mean in an ideal world they should do this thorough search, but in a "real" world people usually do as little as they can.

    It would probably be a different story, if he died.

    Absolutely. I thought the police woman who questioned him in hospital was suspicious when he said it was the third time he was hurt by a partner with an alcohol problem. Why didn't she follow that up?

    So Liz was back behind the bar in tonight's episode - it might just be the storylines dragging because of the reduced episode numbers but I have no recollection of her being back working there?

    Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but didn't Carla mostly hang around the cobbles with her hood up looking teary, unseen by all who know her...where is this squat supposed to have been? Those two don't really fit the bill as drug using squatters either

    Ken telling Tracey to send Steve & Leanne his love (re Oliver) like he can’t text/call himself? He could shout it out his front door and they’d hear him.

    I can’t tell if it’s general Corrie writing or writing for Ken. Last week he was saying how he hasn’t visited Daniel and Daniel living a 1 minute walk away .

    It is strange, you’d hardly need to make an appointment to visit each other’s houses, can’t Daniel take Bertie out for a walk the same time as Ken walks the dog, or pop round in the morning for a cuppa.
