    Hi Confused11811,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The letter may have been from the Electric Ireland Credit Control department which does not have the same options as the regular phone number. The Credit Control contact number is 1850 504 021. If this was the number on the letter, then it is likely from Electric Ireland. We recommend that the tenant rings that number or the regular Customer Service number 1850 372 372  or 01 852 9534 (8am - 8pm, Mon - Sat). Here are some other contact options for the customer. We are unable to assist with this query here as we are unable to access the Pay As You Go systems.

The account holder will need to contact Electric Ireland directly. It is not possible for us to discuss this with a third party for data protection reasons. Please be assured it won't affect your Electric Ireland account. This is a matter between Electric Ireland and the tenant.

If you would like us to check your Electric Ireland account, we can certainly do so provided it is a bill-pay account.

We would require the following details:

    - Your full name
    - Your address
    - Your contact number
    - Your account number
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)

    Kind regards,
    Aoife
