Health Insurance - First Time

I am 33 years old, so trying to get in and get health insurance started before the loadings apply because I turn 34 without it.

I am struggling to find a clear way to see what policy I need.

I see some articles warning against "yellow pack" policies, i.e., extremely basic policies that aren't really any good when the time comes to use your insurance.

I'm really looking for something that offers moderate cover to me, my wife and baby. We're all in good health. No pre-existing conditions. I don't want to be over-insured... or under-insured.

We live in the mid-west region.

Can anybody offer any advice on how to find a suitable policy?
