Donagh Ward has been the only therapist ive been to that specialises in cbt, even though i only started it, i never actually completed the therapy, largely due to covid. i was given a list of therapists around the town, and for the life of me, i bloody cant find it now..... but i do like donagh, lovely chap, before covid he was 70 a pop, this seems to be the going rate unfortunately.....

some gp's can be very good in regards recommendations....

Just did a search for Waterford with the IACP. A few of them mention CBT...

Dawn O Brien in Kill, Waterford is very good. Her sessions are an hour long and €60. She is a CBT but also works in areas of stress reduction.
