Extractor fan/vent fitting for kitchen

The cooker hood in my rental property is dripping water.

I've concluded that it's because of condensation/rain ingress rather than a leak from upstairs. I need to fit an insulated vent pipe and a new exterior vent that shuts, I'd do it myself but I'm abroad.

Can anyone advise on who can do this? A kitchen fitter? Ventilation installer (overkill?)

Any recommendations by PM please or point me in right direction

    thanks
