New debit card

    My debit card is due to expire at the end of this month but I have not received a replacement yet.

    Hi Niamhers1981,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on Boards.ie.

    You will be able to use your card until the 31st of January. A replacement card will automatically be issued to the address we have on file for you about 2 weeks before the end of the month.

    If you do not receive your card by this time, you can check on the status of the card on www.365online.com by selecting "Service Desk" > "Ask a Question".
