Resealing felt roof - advice please...

    I have a felt covering on a flat concrete garage roof.


    It has a slight leak.



    I've been told that the felt appears perfect and that I should treat it before considering replacing it.


    So...


    1. What product should I use to glue down the felt where it is lifting at the front of the roof?


    2. What should I use to reseal the joins in the felt?


    3. Should I coat the entire area of felt with anything?
