Heat pump help

    Recently had an Atlantic Alféa Extensa Duo A.I. Installed.

    2 zones with hot water also. Underfloor heating downstairs with radiators upstairs.

    I’m having an issue where upstairs is being heated outside of the programmes time.

    So for example upstairs is timed to come on at 8pm, the heat pump activates at 5pm and begins heating upstairs.

    This seems to happen whether or not the ground floor is timed to come on.

    I’ve read the manual and can’t see what is causing this, can anyone shed light on what I might be doing wrong?
