    Rick seems important. If he dies is everyone available for conversion


    If a wolf is converted can they share with the other walkers the info they have from the backroom (for example who the wolves are)

    Is there a main converter or can players be converted as long as any walkers are still in play

    Are people required to be present at 1pm and 5pm on Sunday?

    No. Scavenging begins in earnest on Monday.

    How have we determined parity for the walkers?

    In a case of eg: 2 v 2 v 2 walkers will win.

    I can't fully answer that but it is mentioned in the game rules under rule 5.
    Conversions will happen on a pre determined night by the mods and continue every second night from that point going forward.

    Rick can pick who he likes. First part of your question is answered in the OP here:
    ALL roles, both evil and good can be converted by the walkers. Should one be converted they will lose access to their living abilities and become a mindless zombie. Any backroom they may have had access to in life will be cut off.
