Toilet leaking at rear ?

hi all This morning I noticed that there was a downstairs press soaked leaking from the roof. Directly overhead is the main toilet, with a tiled floor , however I saw that there was water leaking from the rear of the waste out pipe I think it is. This never happened before. I have turned the water off at the pipe control…

hi all

This morning I noticed that there was a downstairs press soaked leaking from the roof. Directly overhead is the main toilet, with a tiled floor , however I saw that there was water leaking from the rear of the waste out pipe I think it is. This never happened before.

I have turned the water off at the pipe control fitting and cleaned up the water.

It seems to be staying dry and seems this is the issue.

I wonder why did this happen all of a sudden? Nothing happened eg bowl moved accidently etc....

I was just going to get TEC 7 clean around the rear area and apply it.

The toilet was flushing etc ok...any advice please
