Hi, Im enquiring if, after having a judicial seperation, would it be easier to Divorce? I had a Judicial seperation a few years back . The only issue to decide was the house we owned which was done. I had a Judicial seperation a few years back . The only issue to decide was the house we owned which was done. There were no kids etc.

I am now filing for Divorce and i am hoping it won't be too difficult, seen as the house we owned was sorted with the Judicial seperation.

Has anyone got divorced after a Judicial seperation and encountered any issues?
