Not just public toilets. Work toilets are just as bad. It's strange working in an office and thinking at least a handful of these well paid, educated people are actually filthy.

Yeah a manager of a hotel told me some stories recently.

One regular wealthy customer would smear faeces all over the wall.

They just used to bill him for the cleaning.

Robert Maxwell used to wipe his hole with the towels.

I never use towels in public restrooms. Only paper towels or dryers.

Why choose the mens over the disabled? I love a disabled toilet its like a full bathroom to yourself, so roomy, can put my bag down, fix my makeup, take my coat off if I want.

Personally though, id never go back to that coffee shop. Sounds weird.

We had a couple of phantom sh*tters in my last office (public sector). It's still going on as I heard recently from a buddy that a poo was found on top of the sanitary bin in the women's toilet. And I saw a used pad stuck to the wall...just above the bin provided another day!!!!!

surely spaces segregated by gender are a thing of the past? with self ID laws, anyone can identify as anything irrespective of biological realities.

I read the full thread in case the point had already been made.

    It's not a handicapped toilet.
    It's not a disabled toilet.

    It's an accessible toilet.

Good to know women dont pee or fart in the loo :)

Seriously, I have worked as a toilet cleaner in my youth.
Women are 10 times worse in cleanliness in the loo.
They "Hover" as they worry about pee on the seat, which ironically, was left because the last woman may have hovered.
Sanitary towels etc left on the floor, toilet paper (used and unused).

    ps....women definitely fart and worse...

I know women fart, am a fairly good farter myself. But we dont seem to do that jumpstart fart that a lot of men do to get the piss flowing. It may need a global scientific investigation to prove me wrong. Your call...

Worth reading the whole thread to get to these comments.

As I said earlier toilet cubicles should be proper little rooms, with a little washbasin, a small shelf and a bin. Cater for everyone, people with periods, people with stoma, etc. With Toilet written on door, no need for gender symbols. One cubicle much wider to accommodate wheelchairs etc. Waiting area with clear glass door so that it can be seen if there are any pervs etc hanging about.

I find it weird you went for coffee before going to the gym.

Accessible toilets are supposed to have a universal lock.

Disabled people usually buy their own key so gaining access is not an issue.

.it was taking ten minutes for them to serve one person
It was just next door ..well a few doors down. :)

If i hadn't really needed to pee bad at that stage i would have held on until i reached it.
The QUEUE! to get to see one of the baristas at the counter was about 15 mins long!

So your gym was next door / down the road but despite you knowing it would take 15 minutes to get to the top of a queue(from your prior two trips) you still rejoined it?

Hard to believe your version of events tbh
