Permanent TSB drawdown time

    Does anyone know the rough time it takes to drawdown a mortgage with TSB?

    The solicitor requested funds 2nd of January, on Tuesday the 7th of January I get contacted because the valuation on insurance was wrong, so fixed it that Tuesday and letter of indemnity sent over that evening.

    Today, Monday the 13th, solicitor still has not received the fund from TSB.

    It’s so stressful, I have contractors coming in to start works this Wednesday and Thursday, I now need to cancel and reschedule, but I don’t even know when to reschedule!

    Anyone know rough idea how long this process takes?
