Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Colleague was a summons (known through word of mouth)to an old address. He knows the date but not the time for the court appearance. Is there a way to get the information from the court so that he can appear or would he have to sit there (possibly) all day

    Contact the District Court Clerk.

If your collegue didn't get the summons does he still have to show up? Would he have plausible deniability here? What if he didn't know the people in the house and they threw it in the bin? Or the house was empty?

Works in health care so they would have been informed of the pending case during vetting

Courts usually start at 10.30am and he will have to wait until his case is called.
