Dunno about the rest of you, but anytime I walk into a doctor's office, it's 60 quid straight away.

Not sure where the shock of all this is coming from.

No handouts or medical cards here.

An indictment of Leo Varadkar’s Ireland
A broadcast on behalf of de Fianna Fáil Party by Joe Duffy.

When he said it wasn't solely down to LV he wasn't kept for long.

The selectivness of the patronizing giggle was evident yesterday when that looper made some joke about all the aid that was given to africa being turned into gold and put onto africa that the whole continent would tip over and it was met with silence, other occasions he nearly falls off his chair when an elderly person says that they walk to the shop.

That happens to me when I feel the need for a quick quaff of a nicely chilled viogner. Whilst sitting on my balcony, of course, catching the sun. You have to move the phone to one side to prevent spillage.

Well I can assure you no-one on the day did!

Laters chislers. I'm off to Cork for the night. I hope to meet John O'Donovan.

Keep meaning to say this, I think John O'Donovan is using different names now. I live near Cork and he's on local stations all the time but with other names.

Just today I heard him called James. Don't know if he's using the fake names to get on air or what? :D:D

I listened to yesterday's show - it was a classic.

Joe is such a humanitarian...he understands the human condition. His voice and silences tells it all...intently listening picking up on cues, body language, etc.

His breadth of knowledge astounds me. The ability to delve so deeply into surgical and medical conditions. WOW

I have to report No sightings yesterday evening or last night.

I did not note that Cork however has certainly become more cosmopolitan so to speak in recent years. There were some fine forden Phillies so to speak around the city last night - not that I was looking of course.

Is Joe still trying to claim he came up with the "Sleepless in Saggart" line?
