Passed away unexpectedly before Christmas. Very much missed. His mate Suki is still enjoying his evening walks.

i sit beside a guy who did a housing project for a council, €300,000 to build a 2 bedroom house, BCAR has added 30-50 k to the price of building a house.

Maybe she should ask her neighbours first though.

Sinn Féin want to increase taxes on the banks. It wouldn't be the first time they took a lot of money from the banks of course.

In fairness to SF, they know how to get more money from the banks.
It just requires a small capital outlay on a few JCBs.

Precisely, the public housing built in the 'halcyon days' of the 1950s/ 60s/ 70s was extremely basic in terms of construction - well built usually but very basic four walls, a few single glazed windows, a front door, single bathroom, no central heating, little or no insulation, minimal wiring and estates with little in the way of schools and shops.

Their old friends are still very involved in engineering with JCBs in de vicinity of banks so to speak.

    Hilarious.

She wouldn't be seen next or dead in a council estate but, likely, she lives in an area where that is never going to be a problem.

    Hypocrisy at it's finest.

Try put a council estate next to her house and watch a completely different attitude unfold.

Give them some credit, the Northern bank was a little more sophisticated

When men wore bowler hats, which they tipped upon meeting a lady, and walked with an umbrella talking the pavement.
