As long as nobody will acknowledge the effect that immigration has had on housing, then there is no point in having the debate. And nobody in the mainstream will have that discussion.

I don’t understand why people are complaining about landlords who are providing accommodation for tenants who should be housed by the local authority. It’s not the landlords fault that the state has abdicated its responsibility!

Joe it was only €120 for the room on the first Tuesday in November but now they are charging us €350 for the night of the Ireland-Brazil match in Lansdown Road. Its a disgrace.

I’m one of the few landlords who permits pets, hence I have very stable kind of tenants, from de continent so to speak.
