Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there an Irish version of this law?

Was left high and dry by a tenant who disappeared owing roughly 1 year of rent' leaving a roomful of seemingly relatively worthless tools, books and furniture.

After about a year of attempting to contact him by phone and email, we disposed of most of the stuff. Eventually (3 years later), using an email address discovered by chance when going through a diary, we made contact and for some reason (no idea why), he responded.

Obviously lying through his teeth, he has said that there were valuables within the possessions that were worth > the arrears.

Not looking for advice, just an Irish version of this law to read through.
