Fresh Burdock root ?

Hi , Has anyone ever bought Fresh Burdock root in any shops ? I want it to cut in strips and marinate for use in home made Korean style sushi rolls. The Asian shops don't seem to stock it .

I keep seeing this thread and getting hungry for burdocks chips...

I reckon this stuff is dried, though it does not say, but herbs would suggest it is to me.
