    Hi Guys 
    Just bit of advice please I was in cape Verde and on the 12th in my way home i bought a key ring with my Debit card for €5.50 but was charged €550....... I'm with permanent tsb and they didn't really want to know... I'm finding it very hard to get in touch with the airport over there.. any help be much appreciated thank you

    I'm very sorry to hear of the difficulties you are facing.

    In this instance, it would be necessary for your bank to follow up on this. We can only comment on our own processes here, but you may be able to dispute this transaction with PTSB in order to retrieve the funds.
