Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards this morning.

Can I ask what type of savings accounts are set up for your children? If the savings account that is funded by direct debit is set up in your child's name, it would be necessary to make this amendment in the branch.

If the account is set up in your own name, then you can certainly make this amendment over the phone or online by contacting our Customer Service Team. They can be contacted either by phone on 0818 365 365, or by Secure Message on your 365 online account (on laptop/computer) by following 'Service Desk' > 'Ask a Question'. The Team are available Monday to Friday 8am-12am and Saturday to Sunday 9am-6pm.
