Bidding on Apartment

2 Bed apt asking price is 160k which I feel is reasonable as recent sales in the area were similar for comparable apartments. No current bids so I would be first in. What would be about right for a first up bid ? Thanks

Look at how much other apartments in the area went for; https://www.propertypriceregister.ie/website/npsra/pprweb.nsf/PPR?OpenForm

Then check if any of the ads are still online, and compare the property to the one you plan to buy; eg; kitchen, etc.
