Card problem

    My NFC has gone from working all of the time to sporadically working in various locations over the last 3 weeks. Have had to tap it numerous times to get it to work in different shops with different card readers. These are locations where it worked flawlessly before.

    How do I solve this

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some difficulties using the contactless function on your Card.

    From time to time, it would be necessary to insert your card and enter the PIN in order to continue to make contactless payments. If you are continuing to experience some issues with your contactless payments, you can certainly get in touch with our Customer Service Team on your 365 Online Account by following 'Service Desk' > 'Ask a Question'.  One of my colleagues will be more than happy to look in to this further for you.
