Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

I'm going to take action against a person living in another EU state. They stayed in my house under the rent-a-room scheme, and did a runner.

I've read that the max claimable is 5000e, excluding costs and fees. Doe this mean that it is possible to claim a Max of 5000e and also legal Costs and fees?

My claim is only for a few hundred euro, and I want to check if I can also claim my own costs in the process from the defendant, i.e , I don't want to end up losing more money.

    Thanks.
